Pyramid Trading
LLC (PTC) was established in 1983. Its head office is located in San Francisco, with sales
representatives in Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago, Canada and China.
Prior to 1988, PTC's primary business were medical equipments, real estates, food and
liquor retail sales within North America. After 1988, PTC began to export medical
equipments and medicines to China. The U.S. - China trade grew so fast that PTC
established the China Section in 1989. The current Director of China Section is Mr. Jim
Zhou, who immigrated from China and received his graduate degree in Business School,
Michigan State University. Its trading scope expanded to general products such as mining
equipments, chemical materials, electronics, machinery, fine arts, etc.
PTC also provides cultural exchanges and consulting services. Since 1989, PTC has hosted
on average one delegation from China every month. Many of them are high ranking Chinese
officials, including government ministers.
PTC has been
the biggest American ambulance exporter to China since 1990's. It is the
exclusive dealer of General Motors for G Vans in China. It has sold
hundreds of American made specialty vehicles including ambulances to China
in the last five years.

SALES NETWORK IN CHINA
PTC currently has 8 sales representatives, 10
coordinators and 13 technical service personnel in different areas of China. PTC signed a
mutually beneficial agreement with China's largest medical equipment trading corporation
-- China National Medical Equipment & Supplies Import & Export Corporation in
1989. This Corporation will promote PTCกฏs products in China, while PTC will provide the most advanced
equipments for the best prices to China.

SERVICE NETWORK
PTC places great importance on its service.
PTC always provides free installation, a one-year warranty and service or training
programs for its Chinese customers.
In 1989, PTC signed an agreement with one of the top four Chinese trading companies --
China Hua Yang Technology and Trade Corporation. The Hua Yang Corp. will provide for PTCกฏs customers in China the same service offered by
American manufacturers. PTC provides the funds and parts, as well as the training
programs, for these services. Since 1989, PTC has trained many Chinese doctors and
engineers in the U.S., Hong Kong and China.

TRADE VOLUME IN CHINA
PTC is the international distributor for many American
manufacturers. PTC also sells products belonging to companies who have own sales network
in China, such as General Motors, GE, Baxter, Picker International, Advanced Technology Lab., etc. The
annual sales volume exceeds $ 10 million and trading volume is expected to grow 20% in the
next five years.
GOAL IN CHINA
PTCกฏs goal in China is to establish
and develop a good, long term relationship with its Chinese partners and promote China's
modernization by introducing the best equipment and technology to China. All PTC products
